Michelle brings over 30 years of bookkeeping expertise as a registered BAS agent, Yamini adds 7 years of hands-on experience managing NDIS accounts and claims, and Shawn contributes 20 years of customer service supporting participants and providers. Together, they created a service built on accuracy, communication, and trust.
